PioneerTEX specialize in manufacturing different kinds of Needle Punch nonwoven fabrics which is made by 100%PP or 100%PET or mixture of PP and PET or Rayon staple fiber in different colors such as Black,White,Grey or Tan. All needle punch nonwoven more than 200gsm can be nap-raised to make fuzzy style.

PioneerTEX PP Staple fiber Needle punch nonwoven geotextile was made of 100% virgin Polypropylene Staple fiber with good anti-UV stabilizer, and needle punching to crate the internal stable network with high strength and low elongation. All manufacturing process will be controlled strictly by computer automatically from fiber opening and calendar.

1. High temperature calendar treatment (Heat set),
